                              RESOLUTION NO. 21350
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH PIEDMONT OLSEN HENSLEY FOR
                 ENGINEERING SERVICES ON SEWER CONTRACT NO. 73D,
                 LAKESHORE AREA SEWERS, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO
                 EXCEED SIXTY-SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
                 ($67,000.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Piedmont Olsen Hensley for
       engineering services on Sewer Contract No. 73D, Lakeshore Area
       Sewers, for an amount not to exceed $67,000.00.
